The Shipping Protection feature has been a fantastic addition to our store, providing a layer of security that both we and our customers appreciate. In just a month, nearly half of our orders included this service, demonstrating its value. It’s particularly helpful for high-value items, as it minimizes disputes and keeps our operations running smoothly. While not every customer opts in, the ones who do help us avoid significant losses. This app has streamlined our shipping process and allowed us to focus on delivering great products. We’re excited to explore more features, like Warranty Extension, soon!

There are indeed many cases of package loss and damage during shipping. The average order value of our store is very high, and customers have high expectations for time and completion of delivery. If something happens, they will contact the us and we will need to make compensation. This app solves this problem perfectly. After using it for a month, 40% of the orders purchased this Shipping Protection service, and some orders may give up the Shipping Protection because our product prices are relatively high (the cost of Shipping Protection will naturally be higher). But these 40% of orders that have purchased Shipping Protection will still avoid many problems, and we will also avoid a lot of losses. We have currently only tried the service of Shipping Protection, and will try the Warranty Extension service in the future.

The xcotton app works great, My customers feel comfortable buying from us because we have a return policy and the app handles returns without having to ship the product back to us.

The app integrates easily with the website (they do all the work) and works smoothly. It allows for personalization and is very responsive.

Likewise, we are pleased with the app's ability to increase my conversion rate.
