I've been using Taxomate to sync my Amazon, Shopify and Etsy sales into QBO, and it’s been a game changer. The setup was straightforward, and the interface is super user-friendly. It handles multiple marketplaces seamlessly and consolidates fees, taxes, and settlements in a clean, accountant-friendly format.
What really sets Taxomate apart is flexibility — it’s the only tool I’ve found that allows you to set different COGS for the same unified market on Amazon. Other tools like A2X or Link My Books typically combine regions like the U.S. and Canada, which isn’t ideal for accurate reporting. Taxomate handles that beautifully.

Taxomate does a great job of consolidating our settlements across our Amazon/Ebay/Walmart/Shopify marketplaces, mapping transactions to the proper QBO accounts, and automatically generating/sending journal entries. We were previously using a competitor's app, which was significantly more expensive, and were very pleased to discover Taxomate as a cost-effective multi-channel alternative. We were able to reduce our monthly costs by 60% after switching. The user interface is intuitive if your QBO chart of accounts is configured properly. The account support team helped with the initial onboarding and was able to provide direction on feature parity. They are responsive and provide great support, especially in rare instances when missing features are identified. They were able to develop quick enhancements to meet our accounting needs.
