XFlow has been a lifesaver for us. We have a lot of SKU's to manage in our warehouse and frequently experience temporary product outages. We also have a number of pre-order products. XFlow helps us retain sales that might have been lost. It's easy to configure and send out personalized email alerts to both customers and our own team members. And the support team has been nothing short of fantastic!
In order to target clients with automated discounts and other efforts, we need to understand what is working and how they interact with our campaigns. The workflow builder is easy to use, and tracking the revenue earned by each campaign is quite helpful.
This is the easiest, the most user-friendly, the most useful app I have ever used. We had needed some special requirements and these guys (dev team of app) provided them in a couple of hours for us.
