Add a Track Order page to your online store. Shoppers enter an order number and email or phone to see status, a timeline, courier updates, and estimated delivery without creating an account. You can let customers cancel unfulfilled orders. Shoppers can leave a star rating and comment that you view on the order. Enable past-order lookup so customers can see earlier purchases. Add the theme app block to a store page, then add tracking links to emails if you want.
