I needed some tweaks to my label and Liam was very helpful and answered all my questions. The customer service is outstanding and the app is phenomenal with lots of features.

It looks like the custom solution they built for us is going to be very good. However, it took about two weeks to deliver and communication during that time wasn't great. I requested an update on progress and didn't get a response at one point, and then we weren't alerted when the new feature was live - we had to ask again to be told that it was already deployed.

Update:

It seems there were some emails from Yanet that we did not receive, and they are looking into the issue.

I am not technically savvy and despite my cryptic questions because I wasn't sure what I was doing when I decided to change the settings I normally use, Liam was patient and continued to try to understand my problem. All worked out in the end and I managed to figure things out. It's nice to know if you have a problem, there is immediate help with this app.

Creating a custom label template and getting it to work with the printer we already have was suprisingly easy. Liam was incredibly helpful in getting us set up for no charge. So far, so good!

Hi All!

I was having trouble printing tags and I contacted Shopify probably 10x times to help with no avail... Finally I reach out to Yanet and Anita worked with me for 2 hours and resolved my issue. I would recommend these guys!!

my fav app to use, makes printing barcodes so much easier for my buisness. only app that allows me to choose which order i want to bulk print and that alone makes them the best

Excellent service when I found a problem with the Template printing onto two labels 7 rows down. Tracy put the Development team to work and they fixed the problem in under 4 hours which then worked like clockwork. Great backup well worth investing in. Thank you Tracy and your Dev Team

Excellent support and great customization

We are using Yanet for barcode label printing on Shopify, and the experience has been very smooth. The app works well and is easy to use, especially for customizing label templates.
