YOYO Loyalty Reward & Wishlist

This is one of the best apps I’ve come across so far. Whenever we encounter issues in any process flow, the support team is extremely helpful and resolves them immediately. The cashback feature has generated significant customer interest and encouraged more shoppers to choose us. Highly recommended cashback app.

I think the support team is very fast with their responses and overall support. I spoke with Daisy, and she was extremely quick in providing a solution. They resolve my problem within 10 mins of time.

One suggestion I would like to share is that along with percentages, you could also introduce a points-based option -for example, 1 point for every ₹1 spent. That said, whatever you currently offer in the free subscription is already very good for small companies that are just getting started.

Clean logic, powerful execution, and tools that actually work together

We recently moved from Rivio to YoYo Loyalty, and the biggest improvement has been how clean, logical, and well thought out the platform is.

The underlying ideas are simple but smart, which makes it easy to set things up correctly, set them once, and let them run. At the same time, the system is designed so you’re not leaving money on the table — every tool can be optimised to work as hard as possible when deployed properly.

We still use paid ads as part of our growth strategy, but YoYo Loyalty complements this extremely well. When each tool is configured correctly, referrals and rewards become far more cost-effective than ads alone, helping you reach a better-qualified audience through trust and word of mouth.

The platform is easy to customise, intuitive to manage, and clearly built with conversion optimisation in mind rather than gimmicks.

A special mention to Rob and Luna, who have been a great help throughout the setup process — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform.

Highly recommended for businesses that understand that every growth tool needs to be optimised to deliver the best possible results.

We found this app a few weeks ago and it replaced our current Loyalty App already. We're currently working on it to replace the current Wishlist app as well.

It handles returns automatically and you can adjust a cashback value for each brand/collection which is great for us as retailers of many brands with different profit margins.

Some features are not there yet but we see constant improvement and development!

Really enjoying the YoYo Loyalty app. It has been simple to implement with lots of customization. Their support team member Rob F. was wonderful and provided prompt and quality service when I had questions. Can definitely recommend YoYo.

A very easy to setup and configure app that help a lot and keeping customers happy. any customizations are requested from the support team are done within hours. the support team are very friendly. would like to thank Eva, Rob, Mia, Ben and sienna from customer support team who work on my customization till it is done and answer all questions.

Yoyo has all the features I need for a robust loyalty app. I have also moved my wishlist over to them. The support has been a bit slow at times, but they are very willing to make the customizations I need for my program

Fantastic app - even in the short time I've been using it they've released some great features like shareable wishlists, just in time for christmas! They are super helpful in the in-app support chat and always respond really quickly. I've found they go above and beyond to make sure they answer any questions in full, even organising video calls to demonstrate things I haven't understood. Highly recommend!

So far the use and support has been top level, I hope we continue using this app with this level of quality that they have shown.
