I am impressed with the level of detail of this app as well as the excellent customer support from Daisy. She is well equipped with the technical skills needed to support my customised UI request. I have tried so many apps and none can match up with this in these areas. I am amazed at how easy it is to get it set up with Daisy's assistance. Thank you so much for making it easy for me.

Excellent app with a lot of depth and great customer support. i was supported in one exchange by Alva and they quickly solved issues i had. there's constant updates to this app to improve it and the app team has a wish list type section you can add things you wish the app had. fees for the expanded versions are very cheap whilst the free version allows you to do a lot. i highly recommend this app for VIP programs, membership programs, discounts on products, referral programs, wishlists and campaigns

I found out about this app through an email and was intrigued by the amount of features provided at the Free Level and the 1st paid level (and how affordable it was). The interface has been intuitive and easy to use and every time I had a question, I waited under 5 minutes to receive help from an actual human. Prior to installing the app, Ben answered my multitude of questions - I already had a different points system installed, so I knew the features I wanted and didn't want in a new app, so I wanted to verify a few things. After moving forward and installing the app, Ian helped me out twice - with setup questions and with initial importing questions. When the import file was accepted, but none of the points where imported, I received excellent assistance from Russell who took a look at my file, contacted the Tech Team for a solution and also answered additional questions that I "threw" at him along the way (Thanks again, Russell!). Even though it was afternoon my time, it was 3am Support time! Bless them all for dealing with my questions and issues so early in their morning! Each time, the support person was friendly, helpful, and patient!

When we migrated to Shopify, everyone recommended Smile.io as the gold standard. We trust that Smile.io will fulfill all the need, however, we believe that being the biggest or newest doesn't mean you can't be the best. After doing deep research, reading countless reviews, and thoroughly testing Yoyo during our trial period, they completely won us over.

Functionality:
The app is simple, clean, and highly effective without being over-engineered. Whenever we hit a bottleneck or had a feature request, the development team responded immediately. They make quick, decisive product updates, and we are extremely impressed by their efficiency and how much they truly listen to their customers.

Customer Service:
Easily a 5+ star experience. The support team is fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Overall:
The Yoyo team is incredibly dedicated. In the fast-paced world of eCommerce where business needs to move fast, having an agile, responsive partner like Yoyo is invaluable

Great app, exactly what I required and not forced to upgrade to a $200 pm level or required to upgrade to Shopify Plus like the majority of other apps.

Ian was extremely helpful and took the time to investigate an issue with my loyalty points setup properly. He clearly explained what had happened with a customer's points and then helped me improve the redemption settings so customers can use their points more easily in future.
