I absolutely love the YoYo Loyalty app. It’s super intuitive to set up and has completely changed our customer engagement. The cashback system is fantastic and really encourages repeat purchases.
The support team is incredible—big shout-out to Shophie for being so kind and quick with help. Technical team also very expert and quick, they resolved everything within minutes, not days. They are very responsive and truly invested in making it work for us.

I absolutely love yo-yo loyalty it has helped my business tremendously. I personally love the fact that it is affordable as they offer free services as to where competitors on here try to charge you for everything. You don't have to worry about that with yo-yo. I'm definitely a long time customer

We’ve had an excellent experience with this loyalty app so far. The setup was smooth, and the interface is very intuitive. We specifically needed a solution to create a VIP tier, and this app delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Lily was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us every step of the way and making sure everything was set up. Aida also provided great support, especially when helping us navigate the free plan.

I think the support team is very fast with their responses and overall support. I spoke with Daisy, and she was extremely quick in providing a solution. They resolve my problem within 10 mins of time.

One suggestion I would like to share is that along with percentages, you could also introduce a points-based option -for example, 1 point for every ₹1 spent. That said, whatever you currently offer in the free subscription is already very good for small companies that are just getting started.

We've switched from a separate Wishlist and a Loyalty app to this. Everything seems to work fine. Smaller issues are solved immediately by the team which is very friendly and professional!

This is one of the best apps I’ve come across so far. Whenever we encounter issues in any process flow, the support team is extremely helpful and resolves them immediately. The cashback feature has generated significant customer interest and encouraged more shoppers to choose us. Highly recommended cashback app.
