Can't praise Ramesh and the Yuko team enough for a fantastic app and even better customer service! The functionality of the app is far beyond what I expected. It is so intuitive and well designed but, for people like me that get overwhelmed with new tech, the help in getting everything set up was invaluable. What a great solution for reviews and loyalty! Intuitive admin interface and direct integration in the Shopify backend provides for an easy admin UX! In addition, working with the Yuko team has been phenomenal -- extremely responsive and their willingness to assist us in our migration from our previous platform was invaluable!
Getting product reviews was always a headache for us. Customers would buy but never come back to write a review. Yuko solved this problem completely. Now review requests go out automatically. Ramesh personally helped me with everything. Very patient, very helpful.
