I signed up but cannot log in. Password reminder throws error messages. There is no way to remove the app from my Shopify. I asked Z08's chat support to help me or remove the app from my Shopify. They have done neither. I've emailed them, too. I hope the app isn't slowing down my store. Either way, the experience with this app has been terrible.

Worked quite excellent, and was very usefull. However, since a couple of days, receiving bad gateway-errors when trying to open the Z08 heatmap and recording page. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but reinstalling gives the same error. If this gets resolved, I should give a 5 star review
UPDATE: app works again after reaching out to them, resulting in a 5 star-review.
