Great app, easy to install and works well for us!
We use this app so that our customer service team can see orders that were purchased via our shopify shop. Being able to see the transaction and shipping status without opening shopify allows our customer service team to answer questions regarding their order right away.

This app is just kidding and ridiculous.
The live chat widget was disabled suddenly after I paid annually without any notifications!! Because they upgraded the zendesk package but not this shopify app.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. I am very sorry to hear about your experience with the Shopify integration. The integration is available on all of our new Zendesk Suite plans, but our legacy plans do require a plan type of Support Teams or above in order to access the Marketplace.

The App is very useful and its working well. It will save you some time to get the customers data regarding to the ticket inside Zendesk. I like it!
Very helpful app. Solid integration with shopify and provides all the information needed about the customer so that the
Agents can communicate efficiently.
It's a wonderful seamless integration. I do wish there were more actions that could be taken without having to first go to Shopify.
We have been using Zen Desk for over 4 years but had to cancel it this month. They are way behind the times when it comes to automation/Ai support, have poor customer service, a clunky ap interface and the cost is high with many additional fees for additional agents, programs etc. Also their billing is a bit shady with auto-renewals and no refunds for cancellations. 2 stars because Zen Desk worked well for us for years, but there are much better options out there.

Works very well. Haven't had any issues between shopify and zendesk.
