We have used ZenDesk for a long time which is great in it's own right. The integration with Shopify is a breeze and makes responding to and researching tickets quick. Highly recommend!

Even though it's not that easy to set up the whole app, after that it works at an absolute optimum. In addition, the support is fast, always available and helps you very well!
