All the positive reviews seems to be from people who are new and it looks like they asked them for reviews. After working for a almost a year with BigBuy and if you are reading this review note the following.
1) their prices are sometimes HIGHER than those of official retailers (we focus on niche perfume and skincare)
2) it's very hard to ...
We tested BigBuy for a few years and synchronized the products via their MIP to our Shopify store.
+Good support. If we didn’t get a response the same day, we received it the following day.
+The MIP-synchronization with Shopify mostly worked smoothly once we learned the settings.
+Nice that the packing slip was printed with our logo.
+Many product categories.

-1, is what i give for BigBuy, they are rubbish, the syncing is not an easy process, the updating is a very long process, when you send them emails, they either take 3+ days to respond or don't respond at all, and when they do eventually respond, it is for an unrelated issue. Yet, they have no issue taking money from your wallet, without any resolution to the problems affecting your inventory. ...

- 10000 "The BigBuy app is absolutely unacceptable. The customer service is a disgrace, and it's outrageous to have to wait days for a response. The responses are just standard videos, as if we are too stupid to use the app. I paid 307,00 € four days ago and still can't use anything.
