Sortiment not good enough.
Prices to high to actually be able to earn a living with you as a supplier.
Had to pay more than 1000 euro to simply be able to access the difficult and slow "Multi-Channel Integration Platform".
Support is slow and not ready to please their customers.
I had the worst supplier experience with you guys and lost a lot of money over literally nothing.
I simply want to cancel my account from you (that I've had for one month), get a refund and part ways without ever looking back.

This company does not provide 10% of the value it costs. The price to register and integrate to shopify store costs around 350 euros. The pain does not end here, It is also necessary to have Shopify yearly plan to add this courier app with shopify. I was disappointed with their service from the very beginning. Their website has a lot of bugs. So, I reviewed their company with 1 star. Then they emailed and called me to remove the reviews because of Trustpilot. I asked them to cancel my subscription and for a refund. According to their so-called policies they said they can not refund. So, I am writing my honest review of them again.

Please be informed that the annual plan is a Shopify requirement, in case you want to synchronise shipping costs.
We confirm that it is not necessary to have annual subscription for the basic features of the app, which are allowed with the basic monthly plan.

great app but when i try to install it on my shopify and select the the different shipping companies it starts getting strange.. all my prices should be in DKK (danish kroner ) but somehow the price dont change from the Euro price.
so for an example, normally it is 8 Euro but when i want to change it to DKK it still says 8 but now in DKK and that is like 1 Euro. but it is still charge the customer 8 EURO ?? can anybody help me ? tried to write Bigbuy without any luck..

Ich Bezahle für BigBuy 189 Euro und ZUSÄTZLICH 153 Euro damit ich Shopify angeblich nutzen kann, und die wollen ZUSÄTZLICH noch dass ich extra zahle oder den Jährlichen Shopify plan kaufe. FÜR WAS ZAHLE ICH ÜBER 342 EURO WENN ICH BIGBUY NICHT MAL MIT MEINEN SHOP KONFIGURIEREN KANN BETRÜGER!!!!!!!!!!!!
I pay 189 euros for BigBuy and an ADDITIONAL 153 euros so that I can supposedly use Shopify, and they want me to pay ADDITIONALLY or buy the annual Shopify plan. WHAT AM I PAYING OVER 342 EUROS FOR IF I CANNOT EVEN CONFIGURE BIGBUY WITH MY SHOP SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

The tech guys on this company has taken almost 3 days now to activate the plugin / APP OBviously the competence here is staggering And no, it is not working

Scam Warning!!!
I have submitted a complaint report to google to shut down BigBuy's advertisement from their search engine and now I request Shopify to remove this app from their app store. Dear innocent users be aware that BigBuy is a Scam. I lost almost a thousand euros on BigBuy for nothing. They know very well after testing their app nobody is going to purchase it. That's why they don't offer a test version, instead, you have to purchase the connector first of all and pay for a monthly subscription to use their app.
Please be careful and read the reviews here and as well as on google before you buy this app. 99% are complaining about this Scam.
