After a year as a paying B2B customer (ID 841940), I strongly warn other sellers. In May–June 2026 I was charged six duplicate payments of €89 (€534 total) with no order, invoice or service behind them. BigBuy admitted in writing these charges are "not associated with any order number" and "not recorded in our system" — yet kept the money and refused to refund. My €163.23 wallet balance withdrawal was then delayed, in their words, due to "company restructuring." They close support tickets as "resolved" without resolving anything. I am now recovering funds via bank chargeback and filing regulatory complaints. Check the company's filings and the most recent reviews before paying anything.
We had high hopes for BigBuy, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
Setting up the integration was relatively quick and straightforward. After that, however, everything went downhill.
Their product categorization is incredibly confusing and, in practice, almost unusable. We ended up creating our own smart collections based on keywords in product titles because relying on their categories simply wasn't an option.
The quality of the product data is all over the place. Some products have detailed descriptions, while others barely contain any useful information. Even worse, some product images include Spanish text embedded directly into the images, making them unsuitable for many international stores.
Another major issue is the complete lack of filtering options in their product feed. For example, there is no way to exclude products that require batteries or mains power. This forced us to spend countless hours manually identifying and removing products that didn't fit our business.
Eventually, after a significant amount of work, we launched our store with around 8,000 SKUs and opened it to customers.
We also placed a test order to understand the actual customer experience and to verify the delivery times we could communicate to our customers.
The package eventually arrived at our local post office **three weeks** after the order was placed. During that entire period, we received virtually no shipping updates, despite being treated as the end customer in the process. We weren't even notified when the parcel was ready for collection.
To make matters worse, the packing slip gave no indication whatsoever that **our company** was the sender of the package. From the customer's perspective, there was nothing linking the shipment to our business, which creates a confusing and unprofessional buying experience.
The packaging itself was equally disappointing. The parcel arrived in what looked like a generic silver plastic mailer—the kind commonly associated with low-cost marketplaces such as Temu or Shein. It certainly didn't create the impression of a premium or professional dropshipping partner, and it reflected poorly on the brand we were trying to build.
If you're building a brand that values customer experience and reliability, this simply isn't good enough.
A few weeks later, disaster struck.
Overnight, approximately 7,800 products disappeared from stock across a large number of different suppliers. When we contacted BigBuy, they explained that demand was high and suppliers were struggling to keep up with production.
That explanation simply didn't make sense. Around 99.1% of our entire catalog vanished overnight, with absolutely no indication of when—or if—the products would return. Three weeks later, the inventory situation remained virtually unchanged.
At that point, we decided to leave BigBuy.
We then requested the return of our prepaid wallet balance, which is required for BigBuy's order system to process customer orders. What should have been a simple refund turned into a two-month ordeal filled with painfully slow responses and poor communication.
Overall, BigBuy cost us an enormous amount of time, delayed our launch, and ultimately forced us to rebuild our business around another supplier.
We simply cannot recommend BigBuy to anyone looking for a reliable dropshipping partner.
Bye bye, BigBuy.
