BigBuy is 100% a SCAM. 99% of their products are out of stock and the ones in stock have 1 or 2 in stock. And when i placed an order i waited for more than 23 days, and the order was never even dispatched. I have been reporting this company to Shopify for 4 years and shopify has done nothing about it. shopify openly accepts SCAMMERS on their app store. A company with a 1.1 star rating shouldnt be able to pack garbage, never mind run a dropshipping app on Shopify. Shopify WAKE UP!!!
This is a scam and fraud, be honest if you go bankrupt and don't take our money for nothing.
This is a scam and fraud — I do not recommend it to anyone.
First of all, after paying for the full package, it turns out that out of the advertised 400,000 products, only a handful are actually active and in stock.
Secondly, after paying a large amount for the Amazon integration, none of their products are transferred properly — everything appears as inactive. So what exactly was the huge upfront payment for?
Thirdly, once customers start buying and you pay BigBuy with your own money, it turns out the products are not available, and for three weeks now nothing has been delivered to Amazon customers. Because of this, my Amazon account status dropped from “healthy” to “critical.”
Fourthly, when requesting a refund of the funds remaining in the BigBuy account, they are unable to return the money or transfer it back — it has already been three weeks.
Additionally, with another partner company, after paying a large fee for Kaufland integration, there are serious issues with product mix-ups — customers order one TV and receive a completely different one.
When contacting support, BigBuy does not respond properly and claims it is not their problem, even when the issue is caused by their own integration — which you pay for.
This is a scam. I strongly advise everyone to report them to the authorities and avoid creating any new e-shops through them.
Monatsgebühren viel zu hoch. Einkaufspreise teilweise über den Preisen , wie die Produkte auf verschiedenen Verkaufskanälen zum Verkauf angeboten werden.
Ausserdem ein Riesenkatalog , wo aber die meisten "interessanten" Artikel entweder garnicht auf Lager sind , oder nur in sehr geringen Stückmengen. Und manche Hersteller wie Adidas sind gesperrt und können über Shopify überhaupt nicht gelistet werden , weil Adidas das angeblich nicht möchte.
Alles in allem verlorene Zeit und falsch investiertes Geld
