We are obsessed with great customer service and for us the ability to engage at every step of the customer experience is crucial. It is of utmost importance to us that our customers leave our store with a great last impression. Currently it's not possible to customize the look and feel of the checkout process, especially the 'Thank You' page. As Shopify users we have gotten feedback from our top customers that once they have completed their purchase, the order confirmation page is cold and leaves them looking for more.
With Happy Ending, we have taken the generic confirmation page and transformed it into an opportunity for your customers to become fans, and your fans to become advocates. The Happy Ending App allows customers to be directed to your brand’s Facebook Fan Page, encourages them to share their great shopping experience via Twitter and share the product they bought on Pinterest. In addition the App makes it easy to write in custom text or YouTube videos, so you can personally thank them for being a valued customer and bring them closer to your brand.
Happy Ending boasts our simple design as seen in our previous application, Bulk Fulfillment, and allows non-technical users to see live updates to their page as they understand it. There is no knowledge of coding needed and we are always here to help should you have any questions!
UPDATE: The new Happy Ending is released and it is much, much faster than the old iteration. Load times are under three seconds now, and often even faster than that. Thanks so much for your patience.
NOTE: We had to remove Pinterest sharing on the Happy Ending page for the moment but are looking for ways to bring it back.

Installed this app and it caused our store to crash. Shopify had us un-install the app and it fixed the problem! I hope the issue can be resolved because I loved the idea of this app.

Fantastic app! We had some problems with the language and it affected the create an account dialog by not showing at the end, but the staff looked into the problem and actually resolved the issue by coding a fix into the app!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP!

I love the fact that I am now able to customize my Thank You page and add in personalized messages for my customers! Though currently there is a slight lag of the page, but Ankit responded to me real quick and explained it to me. So I will be patiently waiting for the next awesome improvement by you guys!

With Happy Ending we changed the text at checkout to match the language across our site, and used the twitter and facebook boxes to make the purchase social and shareable. Above all we love the interface, being able to see what it looks like 'on' and 'off' makes us certain of what our customers are seeing.We have already seen the impact on twitter with people tweeting their purchase!

I'd LOVE instructions on how to edit the CSS. Please! pinterest would be awesome.
It works for me. There should be a better explanation about how to install the custom CSS script, which doesn't seem to make a difference in the loading time at all for me.
A couple of feature suggestions:
1. Add a "Pin It" button for Pinterest
2. Add an option to upload an image of our stores logo.
3. Keep all the standard purchase confirmation information and item image on the page as well.Works great on my store: http://shop.iLoveYouButIveChosen.com
