This app is one of the most important apps we are using. The way we operate would not work without this app. We use it for auto generating SKU's (we have more than 25.000 SKU's) and we use it for printing labels on product that are missing labels. The app is VERY stable and we have used in many years.

The support is excellent as well. We have only needed support a few times and they have solved it extremely fast! 5 of 5 stars without a doubt!

We've been using this app for several months, and it's been excellent! The interface is user-friendly, and when I reached out to customer service, the response was prompt and efficient. A special shoutout to Bogdan, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Fantastic support overall, and the app perfectly meets our needs. Highly recommend!

Our experience with SKUGEN was absolutely horrendous. The so-called “customer service” from Bogdan was nothing short of dismissive and condescending. He repeatedly demanded screenshots of the same billing information—data they could clearly access themselves. Despite being on their “free” plan, we were charged $1.99 monthly, which is outrageous.

Instead of addressing the issue, they bumped us into their “automatic SKU generation” plan without our consent—something Shopify offers for free, by the way. We had unknowingly paid for this app for two years, and when we questioned their shady practices, they refused to refund us all of the months that we were charged for a free plan. It took escalating the issue to Shopify and other governing bodies to even begin addressing the problem.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the app itself is clunky, confusing, and offers the bare minimum in functionality. Their billing is a complete mess, which seems intentional to trap users. There are far better apps out there that provide similar services without this level of frustration and unethical behavior. Save yourself the headache—SKUGEN is not worth your time or money.

We have been using this app for several months now - it's really helpful and good options to customise to how you need things set up for your specific store. We have just had a particular need that the app did not provide but they said they could add an extra feature for us. It was done in the timescales they promised. All working as it should. Great support, thank you!

We have been using this app for a while now, and it is great. Sets SKU, Bar/QR codes for inventory management automatically. The customer service is amazing, replies in few hours only and is willing to assist directly on our own store. Great product and service. Thank you
