I’ve had a great experience using 4Seller for my e-commerce business. This app is not only useful for Shopify, but also for managing marketplace integrations across different sales channels. It is a powerful all-in-one solution for product listings, inventory synchronization, order management, and keeping everything organized in one place.

In my opinion, 4Seller can easily replace many of the paid tools available for marketplace integration and multi-channel selling. It offers strong functionality, saves time, and helps simplify operations without needing to rely on multiple separate apps or services.

We’ve had an excellent experience with 4Seller from day one. The onboarding was handled through a dedicated one-to-one Zoom session, which made the setup process clear, efficient, and tailored to our business model. Having direct access to a knowledgeable specialist meant we could get everything configured correctly without the usual trial-and-error you see with other platforms.

As a global Amazon brand, we rely heavily on accurate inventory and fulfilment workflows, and 4Seller has enabled us to seamlessly integrate TikTok Shop with our Amazon MCF stock, as well as connect Shopify for multi-channel fulfilment. The synchronisation is reliable and has significantly reduced manual intervention across regions.

We are now also exploring Temu integration due to the additional functionality available within the platform, which shows how scalable the system is as we expand into new marketplaces.

This is by far one of the best ERP systems I have used! Syncs data across channels seamlessly and has lots shipping integrations (as well as the marketplace options, which can be purchased directly in 4 seller).

It's always a big job setting up an ERP to work across all channels but I had 4 seller up and running in 48 hours and Lydia in the support team helped at every step and made sure everything was working as expected.

As a user of 4seller ERP, It is a fairly good platform. However, the following functions are needed.

* Warehouse & Order Management:

Add Walmart WFS to the Warehouses Settings section.
Enable multi-channel order creation and submission to Walmart MCF directly.

* Shipping Carrier Enhancements:

Add the following carriers to the shipping carrier list:
Shipstation
Amazon Global Shipping
Amazon Logistics
FedEx

* Fix the issue where incorrect shipping carriers are being assigned that are not listed.

*Product Image Display Issue: Ensure all product images appear correctly on the Shipped, Pending, and Voided order screens.

*Marketplace Integrations: Add support for more eCommerce platforms, including:

- Alibaba
- AliExpress
- Google Shopping
- Yahoo Shopping
- Bonanza
- Mercari
- Others

* Shop Connection & API Access: Enable Authorization login or provide an API for manual Connect Shop setups.

*Sales & Order Chart Improvements: Expand the Sales & Order chart on the homepage with more detailed insights and functions.
Real-Time Inventory Sync:

*Implement real-time inventory synchronization across all connected marketplaces.

I will give the 4Seller app a higher review if the developer would make these changes listed above.

This app has been very helpful in copying my product listings from Shopify to TikTok Shop. I ran into a few instances where my product listing wouldn't publish to TikTok due to software glitches. Customer support has been very helpful with relaying my concerns to the development team to get the problems fixed.
