UPDATE - Thank you, that's right, now I can change the language and delete some words. However, the changes are not saved on the site. Incidentally, the widget does not appear on my laptop, but it appears on my phone, but not translated. I hit SAVE 100 times. Something is wrong.

Sorry but we haven't received any mail from you. the only feedback we get from you is on this reviews. the application is actually made to work with shopify websites.
we can see that the application is installed on your site and well present in your front store. For your last preocuppation it should surely have an incomprehension. if you can try to give more details? What do you mean when you say " I tried a feedback on the site and it does not appear in the application" what is the application please? is that the website ?

If you use a third-party service to generate the application version of your site, we are concerned that you may need to regenerate the application version of your site to take into account the latest changes you have made to your site thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE - Thank you for your feedback. Security levels had been implemented in our application without taking certain parameters into account. These have been updated and you can now clean your navigator cache, activate the application on your site and enjoy it thanks.
It is now possible to change the content of the different texts that appear on the widget. It's also possible to delete some of them, such as the no of our application that you'd like to make disappear.
All this takes place in the translation section of the settings page. You can easily access the settings page of our application by following the instructions on the brown strip on the first page of our application.
