Simple to set up, and great for involving our customers. We collect photos and form feedback, they get instant rewards delivered to their Apple Wallet.The wallet passes and push notifications are features I haven't seen in any other UGC app. Three months in, we've collected more usable customer content than in the previous two years combined, and seen more repeat purchases.
