Simple to set up, and great for involving our customers. We collect photos and form feedback, they get instant rewards delivered to their Apple Wallet. The wallet passes and push notifications are features I haven't seen in any other UGC app. Three months in, we've collected more usable customer content than in the previous two years combined, and seen more repeat purchases.

Honestly, it’s been super easy to use so far. We haven’t even fully tapped into all the features yet, right now we’re mainly using the form to collect quick feedback, and customers are actually responding because of the reward incentive.
