An outstanding returns portal that has completely streamlined our process! Setup was seamless and incredibly quick. The video call provided a detailed and professional walkthrough of all features, ensuring we could maximize its potential right from the start. The support team is exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable, making the onboarding experience smooth and enjoyable.

This solution saves us significant time by eliminating the back-and-forth of manual email communication. Great app, great support team. We use 8Returns specifically due to its integration with Xentral ERP - once we cor a customer creates a return in 8Returns it is automatically added and updated in Xentral. It saves a lot of time, effort and manual work by our customer service team.
