99Minds is a customer first application that works seamlessly with my in store POS system and Shopify.
The team has an incredibly quick response time and is open to feedback and open to adding new features which is incredibly beneficial as an Enterprise Customer.

Amazing app and the owners are easily accessible for setup anytime. No red tape, long hold times etc to reach someone for help. I was referred by another boutique owner and now I see why. Look no further, you have found your gift card app!!

We first began the relationship with 99minds when we were on Square POS and needed their gift card functionality to talk to our BigCommerce website.
We have now moved POS and website to Shopify and we have added their loyalty to our customer flow!
Everytime we needed help or had questions they never hesitated to get on a zoom call, most times in less than 24 hours time frame to assist us!

We are using the app to power GWP gift card. It's great to know that they are supporting both Shopify and Bigcommerce (another brand we have) -- it comes in handy that we don't have to learn how it works. We can also set the gift card trigger flow directly from the app which gives much flexibility.

The team at 99minds offers personalized and time sensitive assistance with their application. We were reccommended to them by our POS API team and a group of Web Developers which is always a great sign. Customizing your offerings is easy and the application is easy to get a hang of after they take the time to walk you through its installation.

We switched to 99minds after our loyalty program would not sync with our in-store POS platform and Shopify. As a result we were running two separate loyalty programs and it was a huge headache. Our in-store gift cards and digital gift cards were not compatible as well so we needed an option.
Since switching, our systems now work together perfectly and our loyalty program has never been easier. Customer service is always willing to help with any questions you may have. 99 minds is also very on top of the latest features and will listen to your needs/wants and do their best to implement them.
We've been using this program for several months and are very happy with the switch.
