Well. I installed it today, and so far its sent several emails claiming to have saved me well over $100. Of course, i have no way of knowing if it really did that, or if its just sending me emails telling me it did that. But, if it did... Well then, it certainly seems worth it.
It works! Is bringing back a lot of clients. This app does what it is supposed to do: increase sales. We are very satisfied! We have already recovered $21,441.85 in orders since installing this app. Awesome re-marketing App!

I sent an email and literally 1 minute after sending it I received a mail to tell me the problem was fixed! Crazy!
Excellent customer support - they respond fast to your emails. However, it is very important to note that you are only able to send the customer a *link* to their abandoned cart within the email. You are unable to actually show the customer the contents of their abandoned cart within the email. However, the guidelines were laid out in their FAQ which is available to you before you purchase their app.
