good app, has saved a few orders for me. well worth the time setting it up.
I seriously dig that it allows for HTML emails

We've been really pleased with the app itself and even more impressed with the customer service. We've invested in a number of apps and software upgrades recently and had nothing but trouble, with terrible customer service. Thankfully that couldn't be more the opposite in the case.

The system was easy to activate and began working almost instantly. It's nice to be able to tailor the email which is sent to the customer offing discount codes etc.

Having just upgraded to the unlimited package we wish we'd done that from the start.

Thanks to all involved. If only all companies operated as efficiently as this.

This is a must! Not only am I happy with the rescued orders, but the customers really like the customer service it provides- several have said it was nice to be notified! It really allows us to give a much larger customer service offering to our potential customers!

Surprisingly great product that will pay for itself within the first conversion or two. Also, Amy was available via live chat to help me with any problems. Overall I'm blown away with how much this app offers for the price. This is a must-have!

When looking for app's in the app store, we didn't want something complicated, hard to setup, and emails take a lot of time. This app takes away all three of those problems. Really three apps in 1. But the customer service is so helpful, that if you did potentially have any questions, you wouldn't have to worry at all. An app that works for you and you get to spend the saved time working on other things. What is the question here ? Coolence is reliable and we highly recomment any app that they make.

Nice light, simple app. Have tried all of the others in the app store (as of this writing) and this one is best. Set the reminder to one hour seems to work best for us....
