AccessPro Accessibility Widget

So here is my interaction with the AccessPro team. I discovered an issue at 8:30 in the evening, on a Saturday. It was not a critical issue, a tag in the header. Yes, I am that kind of a person. I chatted with them online, and they were also online at 8:30, on a Saturday night. Not a bot, a real person. The issue went straight to dev, and a fix was validated and in production by Tuesday morning. Yes, they are that kind of a dev shop. Five out of Five stars.

As a neuro-affirming art shop I love that this widget helps me enhance accessibility for my customers.

while setting up the app, a popup requesting a review came on screen - no way to remove it or get around it. I have the options of: 'needs improvement' or 'deserves a 5 start review'. i really have no idea as this app is not even completely setup yet. I tried to 'needs improvement' button so as not to leave an incomplete review, but the button does nothing. I had to choose the 5 star review since I had no other option. there is no way to close this popup. So this is my 1 star review until l can actually get the app working and give a real review. I am hoping by completing this review the popup on my app setup screen will actually go away so I can complete the setup. More to come I guess.

UPDATE: well, i am stuck. the popup will not go away.

SECOND UPDATE - I had to get out of the app and come back it to make the popup go away. I have the app setup. Really like it, very useful. I tested several of the modes and worked exactly like it should . However, during setup, many of the screens have no 'back' option so you have to choose another option or the choose the app setup and go back in. That is annoying, but the app it self with well done, fast response, no damage to website and easy to use. If setup was smooth, i would give it 5 stars. It actually is a well done app.

FINAL UPDATE: I received an email within 24 hours of posting this review. There error was corrected and all seems to be working well from my end. Again, I think this is a great program not only to stay in compliance, but to also be responsive to our customers who need other supports. Good job AccessPro!

Works amazingly well, easy to use and install. Customizable feature makes it perfect for your store, although store still doesn't pass ADA compliance website checker for some reason.
