I feel I need to warn other owner about this., I reached out for help because I was worried about getting scammed rarely i dive deep in terms but this timeno choice, its for legal purpose app, and i found that they reserve their right to upgrade your plan themselves, in their terms within 7 days, to their sole discretion!!! Talk about a one-way scam picking in your wallet (and not cheap eithe); that’s the worse type of scam, the legal type hiding terms in their conditions.

I reached out, was greeted by a bot repeating the sam thing over and over again, and after a while someone replied but completely ignored (through 3 interactions) my main concern, pastingf something completely different. And probably a template or something I was really worried about how they could just charge me more whenever they wanted, but she just went on about other stuff.

this is the really concerning part paste from terms directly
"If you do not implement a Subscription Upgrade within seven (7) days of such notification an automatic Subscription Upgrade will be implemented so that your Subscription is appropriate to the Subscription Plan applicable to your Customer Website (at our sole discretion)."

Basicallly, they can decide to upgrade my plan and charge me more without me agreeing to it. That's not okay at all!I don’t have unlimited money, what kind of company does this i ask you! Also, they claim to have people working 9-5, but when I messaged during those hours, I still only got robot responses. It's ridiculous.

The worst part was that I couldn't even close the chat window. It kept popping back up every time that annoying bot sent me the same copy paste message; it will drive you crasy believe me.

I set it up on a test URL then changed my URL for launch and they're saying I have to buy an additional plan for $50 for the new URL and can't use the one I already paid $50 for.

For anyone looking for a simple solution to getting your store accessible i would highly recommend accessibe. It takes a minute to set up and the team is there for you if you have any questions or need any help, as well as knowledgeable in this confusing area of online accessibility .

I installed accessiBe's accessWidget hoping it would simplify ADA compliance for my Shopify store, but it's been nothing but a headache. The widget claims to be AI-driven, yet the adjustments for screen readers and keyboard navigation are barely noticeable, causing frustration among users who rely on these tools. It's also supposed to be customizable, but the options are so limited that they don't match my brand's aesthetic at all. Installation was easy, but that's the only promise it lived up to. If you're looking for a solution that truly enhances accessibility, this isn't it.

i got a lot of help from many persons but no one can help with my error, and then my trial was removed before I can use it for one moment, and then i was told my site was remov ed from being accessibe. I write to support 4-5 emails but no lock. Daniel Cotler said he would help me but the error is still there. someone called josh zak closed my question as soon as I asked it, not sure if this was a mistake, but disapointing because it seems better price.

We strive to make our website as accessible as possible and accessiBe appears to have a useful interface and impressive tech behind the scenes to add functionality for us.
Installation is very simple, but for some reason the app didn’t work at first, so we reached out to accessiBe’s support, and it was resolved in minutes. Now the app is working on our site for the last few days without issues.
