Really good app and choice of looks and definitely added a wow factor to my store but the announcement bar conflicted with loading my Tidio chat widget and my video that I had defaulted to be muted would now play automatically after the 4-5 seconds it takes the announcement bar to load. It is slowish to load. Over a period of over two weeks I emailed them at least 3 times with just one response ...
