Free: billing PO + street #. Upgrade for messages + regions + CSV (Pro) / ZIP rules + allowlists (Plus). Native Shopify only covers shipping. Billing PO boxes and missing street numbers need AddressFence. Shopify now blocks PO boxes, lockers and ZIP patterns natively, on the shipping address only. AddressFence covers what that leaves out.
- Billing-address rules - built-in checkout rules cannot target billing at all.
- Require a street number - the Address Blocker rule that was not migrated.
