Great app but the customer support is UNREAL! Contacted the live chat at 1am on the start of Black Friday and had me fully customized and setup in like 30 mins. Wish I could give them more stars!
I got charged for an app that way deleted and a subscription that I cancelled. I emailed and yet no response. Can someone please respond to my email sent? Other than that I give a 1 star review. UPDATE I was refunded and they acted quick. Thank you!
Exactly what I was looking for! Super quick and easy to set up and the customer support helped us get set up straight away and even fixed a couple of issues that were left from our previous dev. Highly recommend!
Stefan has been amazing and has shown great patience with me as I have contacted him a few times and each time he has replied very quickly (time zones factored in) Love this app I have been getting sales form using the app and makes my customer journey that much easier. The app is configured so well.... matches the colours on my website - a baby store so I love the pastel pink tones used. Thanks Stefan when I update my theme I will message you again so we can make sure it is all running smoothly as it is now. This app has done everything I need it to do and more. Auto applying discounts is a game changer. I love having the ability to show a strike through of the regular price and a "Sale" badge. Customer support has been great, so far. Stefan was super helpful!
Fantastic support! Even on a holiday I'm getting assisted by the Co-Founder of the app to help me get some stuff fixed. This is a great tool for us, being able to actually display sale prices without going in and individually or bulk editing our product prices to show "compare at" pricing every sale. This will be great for flash sales and holidays! Thank you!
This was the app I was looking for! I needed a way to auto-apply a discount code, and this does what I needed it to do. On top of it, Stephen from Adsgun has been amazing to work with and so helpful!
