The app works well but they keep charge for the apps after I uninstalled the app. No response from the developer. This is ridiculous.

Thanks for your honesty about the app. I'm glad it worked out while you used it.

To clarify about the charge, no Shopify app can make a charge after you uninstall the app. It's not possible for apps to do that - they simply don't have a way to do it technically.

For your case, the charge showed up on your shopify bill for the last billing cycle of the app. This subscription system is automated and part of Shopify. App developers don't have any control over when the charge is made. Apps request a subscription start and Shopify handles the rest until the app is uninstalled - it's automated on our end.

You removed the app at the beginning of the new billing cycle for the app and got charged automatically for the month. Because you removed the app at the beginning of the billing cycle, I have refunded that month that you could not use.

I have been using this app for quite a while now, and apparently, there is an issue now with my login page. I have sent the customer support already two emails on three different addresses. After more than a week still no reply.
Customer support is really really bad!

I'm sorry you feel that way.

From our support records, we have sent you over 10 emails in responses to your many emails you've sent us over the last few months including an email we responded with today. Many emails you've replied to.

Indeed, we always reply to emails we receive - very usually within the same day.

If we did not reply to your email, it likely means that it was not sent to the correct address ( help@taloncommerce.com ). Our replies may have been spam filtered on your end. It could also have been spam filtered on ours though we often check for that.

It is a great app, it works exactly as expected and it is very easy to install. Michael gave us great support, he solved all our requests very fast.

While the backend is simple, it does a fantastic job.
There are a few features I would add such as:

- radio buttons
- when a specific response for a question is selected show/hide another question
- more customization options

Overall, the app works as it should with many options and shows potential for the future with new add-ons.

Advanced Registration is very well executed, flexible, clean, easy to use and is functioning perfectly - the one feature I needed that it originally lacked (automatic account approval with password) was implemented at the request of users, quickly and effectively, and support for the app has been readily available. Highly recommended, and a great value for its utility!

This app replaced two separate apps to do the same thing (one for site lockdown and one for registering users). The app installed easily and setup was a breeze with included instructions. Contacted support for help prior to install and they were a big help!

I took a look and found that you sent us an email on July 31st and we responded on the same day 3 hours later.

I'm glad that the app is working out for you other than that.

It might be that your email provider spam filtered our response, though. I'm sorry that we don't have control over that.

Hopefully you can find our response. The sent from address should be "valentina@taloncommerce.com" - please look for that to find the response.

If you asked other questions besides that, It does not look like they were received. All emails sent to help@taloncommerce.com are almost always responded to within the same day.

It works as developers say. It is easy to implement and solid. After few minutes of configuration the app starts working well.

We needed to make it so only registered customers could view our collection and make purchases. Advanced registration did exactly that. It has been very easy to set up and manage.
