I use this app to generate data for our store locator and run general salesmen reports. This app is great for combining purchase with customer information.
You can do all sorts of complex operations such as JOIN, Group by and use operators.
If you're looking to make any custom report this is the way to go. In addition to the incredible features, the customer service team is AAA rated. They respond back to all questions and concerns. I highly suggest getting into this app while it's still new. The price structure is inconsequential to amount of time these reports saved us!

This app is fantastic - I use for most all my reporting needs... I've tried others, but the data on this one comes up in about 10 seconds, while some of the other apps I have tried, it would take like half a day. And the customer service is super fast, competent and responsive. It has really helped me manage my business in every way.

Takes a little while to learn how the app works but once you figure it out and use the advanced options the types of reports you can build are limitless.
I used this app when preparing the year-end. I hadn't figured out how I was going to get the information I needed and suddenly needed the right app Not only did I get the exact information I required, the support was excellent. No, perfect! I got custom reports prepared for me and was shown exactly how to set them up. It's robust yet user friendly so no matter the size of my store (it's growing), it will provide me with exactly what I need.

UPDATE BELOW
We have been using a different reporting package. That package allows for much of the same functionality, but you have to contact to do the more advanced filters and queries. This is the only package that we found that allowed us to create and edit our own reports on the fly and they have been there for many tickets and advanced help as we set up our reports on this platform. Their support is great and they have added actual features we have requested such as access to Draft Order data for reporting. Update - we have now been using Advanced Reports from Mipler for a while and the experience has been even better. We had some very complex fulfillment reports we needed created. The Advanced Reports team did them quickly and then over two weeks helped us dial them in until they were perfect. If every company we worked with was like this, business would be much easier!
