Advanced Segments has been a really valuable tool for our team. It did a great job helping us segment our customer base in a way that made the data more actionable and easier to understand.
The app helped us better identify key customer groups, improve our targeting efficacy, and think more strategically about retention. Instead of treating customers as one broad audience, we were able to get a clearer view of behavior, value, and engagement patterns.
