Quite straightforward to setup. Easily done in 5 mins or so. The support was also responsive and helpful in helping me get some settings working properly. Love the fact that it can recommend the right watch to my customer based on their preferences.

We have been using AeroChat for quite a while now and it has been very helpful in managing our customer service and support, especially when I am out servicing customers and cannot respond to enquiries in real time.
