Quite straightforward to setup. Easily done in 5 mins or so. The support was also responsive and helpful in helping me get some settings working properly. Love the fact that it can recommend the right watch to my customer based on their preferences.
Very useful for a solopreneur like me to handle customer service and support without worry.

We have been using AeroChat for quite a while now and it has been very helpful in managing our customer service and support, especially when I am out servicing customers and cannot respond to enquiries in real time. Almost all our customers get in touch with us via WhatsApp, so AeroChat has been a great fit for us. With the WhatsApp marketing and broadcast feature rolling out in their latest update, we are quite excited because we can now do more proactive marketing and engage with our customers more effectively.
