Really good experience so far. The app has helped us get our affiliate setup moving, and the support has been excellent. Sam was quick to help with coupon code settings, explained things clearly, and even recreated a deleted Shopify discount for us straight away. Very responsive, very helpful, and great to deal with.

So far the app is doing what I need it to do. I am getting sales from affiliates signing up, and the customer service has been spot on. They are very receptive to feedback, and work to make changes that help.

Support always on hand to help, even if I've just forgot something little or silly. Very helpful, great app, helps my reps earn a commission off of the sales they help me make, with very little needed from me. All taken care of by the app :)

So far I am having a great experience with this app, I run a health & wellness business and have now onboarded my therapists so they can learn from their client ordering and easily keep up to date and keep tabs on their earnings AND more importantly WHAT their clients order.

We are extremely happy with Referrly to manage our influencer affiliates. Prior to Referrly we were trying to manage our influencer affiliates on the Rakuten platform which we found to be rather clunky and not designed with influencers in mind. Many could not find their tracking link and would give up halfway through onboarding. With Referrly our influencer affiliates have been onboarding and managing their affiliate accounts with ease. The design is user friendly and simple and meets all of our needs. We had to reach out for support multiple times and they answered our questions promptly. I highly recommend using Referrly.

ReferrLy is an exceptional app that fully meets our current needs for referral marketing. It offers tiered commissions for referrers and allows us to distribute coupons to referred customers to drive growth, while also providing flexibility to set various restrictions on coupon usage. Additionally, the app is feature-rich, including both a merchant dashboard and a referrer dashboard, which give us clear visibility into referral contributions and commission payouts.

Currently, the app supports payouts via PayPal integration. We also had a specific requirement for Gift Card payouts, and Sam provided highly professional assistance in developing this customized feature. The development work was executed with great expertise.
