I have been having issues managing our account for almost 2 months now and have had no luck setting up our account, which is a shame. Not impressed with their customer support either. I've tried their suggestions, but nothing seems to lead to real resolution. Don't waste your time.
You can look forward to them unexpectedly holding the funds on your first order for the reason that they are "getting to know your business."
There is nothing in the merchant agreement that says they can do that, so it's fraud.
Meanwhile you can't ship the order to your customer because you have no idea if you are actually going to receive the payment.
The Feds need to look closely at this trashy company.
Not made for international e-commerce companies. Support falls short and functionality is very limited.
i give them one star the reason is because , their customer service for merchants is not as helpful and usefull as the shopify customer service , i been having issues with this platform and i email customer service and nothing its been a week that i been trying to get help but nothing , there's not customer service phone number for merchants , when a merchant call they don't help you they want to email them instead which takes up to 3 days and last email they didn't even to reply ,
BEWARE they don't actually pay you what you're owed. We haven't seen a single penny from the orders our customers placed and have been trying to reach Affirm for over a month about this. We've learned we are not the only one that this is happening to. As others have said, they don't actually have Merchant customer service. You can try calling phone numbers and they'll tell you they can't help. You can try emailing all the merchant help emails for this company and get no response.
I have asked for help with the update from Paybright. No one has even answered my emails. I have sent 3 of them.
I installed them onto my store and it doesn’t work! Customers get an error message. I contacted them, sent multiple emails, and a week later still no one can help me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ll be deleting the app and finding something similar for my customers that actually cares about getting business and their app working.
This app is troublesome. Just received a notification that we are going to need to update the app and it has been a headache. Affirm support is good to work with but a bit slow sometimes in responding back.

You should have recently received updated instructions for app authentication specifically for users with multiple Affirm accounts.

I have updated the app and now Affirm is not working for our customers. I have created a ticket and got no reply in days. What a joke...
The app doesnt even work and now I cant accept affirm payments. coooool. Way to send an email out and have step 1 be to delete the old app, before ensuring no bugs are present.
