Doesn't really work not sure why its listed
Very disappointed – such a big company like Razorpay, but the Shopify integration/app is not working properly. Even though my account status is activated and EMI is enabled in dashboard, the EMI option is not showing on checkout or product page. I followed the documentation and tried multiple times, but still no result. Please fix this issue urgently – this is creating a bad customer experience.

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Razorpay Affordability Widget on my website. While the widget is simply being shown to customers, I noticed that 1% is being deducted from every transaction processed through my store.
This fee wasn’t clearly disclosed when I set up the widget, and it seems misleading since the widget was advertised as "totally free" to display. There was no indication that showing the widget would incur a 1% fee on all transactions.
I kindly request a refund of the 1% fee deducted from these transactions and would appreciate clearer information about this charge moving forward.

This app is not working in my store. I am chasing the team to get the help and get it activated but i am now tired after trying 6 months
The Razorpay Affordability Widget helped us by displaying EMI options which helped customers view all the EMI options on the product page itself, although we have run into some issues, their product team esp. Shravani was helpful and responsive to navigate us through them!

App not working after installing, cannot see it under pricing section even after making changes in the theme. No support from razorpay!
I reached out to razorpay support atleast 5 times and they kept on playing email email but no solution was given. I suggest using juspay (better inegration support) or phonepay which charges zero commission on transactions.

The support is pathetic. They don't care to respond. Didn't expect this from RAZORPAY! The app is not working. Once someone clicks the widget , the product page freezes and no further action can be performed. There is no way to contact them and they do not reply. Don't install the app and waste your time!!

Nothing seems to work, the checkout isn't going live even after following the instructions given, and nothing is moving forward.
The customer support is non-existent and other founders have given us the feedback that this is how they operate.
Sad and shameful, we thought razorpay was a respected partner in India but can now understand why its 2.9 rated.
Would not recommend installing!
