Horrible Customer Service, No Response!
Absolutely terrible experience with Afterpay. I’ve been trying to contact them for hours with no response whatsoever. I sent an email over many hours ago, and still nothing—no reply, no support, nothing. Their customer service is nonexistent. A company this big should have basic communication, but this is a complete failure. If you ever need help, good luck getting a response! Utter disappointment.

Do Not Use this!! The afterpay team offers zero support to this app, very disappointed. I switched to other app.
So easy to install... don't know what the other reviews are talking about!!
Not happy, I can't install the afterpay messaging to my store. The codes they aren't there to replace them with. I have emailed them multiple times without a reply.
I dont know what it is about these reviews, the ap works fine things may not work at first but you cant give up, try again and watch the video, simple stuff, im Dyslexic and i still did it, i hope this finds you wll after pay. This 5 * is for the easy setup, but be warnd you need to wait for 3 days, for them to approve you.
Clear and concise instructions. Very easy to setup. Does what it says on the box.

Messaging was straightforward to install when following the instructions. Unsure if all of the people having issues are on an incompatible theme, but this worked fine for me!
Not happy as it's not working properly and I have been trying to contact afterpay for 2 weeks to help fix the problem and still have not hear back
