Didn't work at all, Even upgraded to paid version but would not initiated pop up in my website, I found a much better app that does what I need it to do.

DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Update 3: Now they are lying about me. I had the issues before it switched to a paid model, I never threathened to give a 1 star review, but after them harassing me, I downgraded my review. I was in fact not friendly after them reaching out for me for the fifth time asking me to delete my review. Also, I have used a single one of the free credits. ONE. So, another lie from their side. Just don't make the mistake of giving them your data. They will misuse it.

Update 2: Its actually insane. They are now harassing me. They visit my website all day, use the chat function and even though my store is not even open to customers outside of germany, they proceed to say my website is lagging very hard, just to make me think that it's my fault, and the lag wasn't caused by the app. It's just insane and unprofessional. Don't ever give these people your data, they will not leave you alone, even if you beg them. They will continue harassing you until you delete your bad review. I've reported them to Shopify already.

Update 1: Their team reached out via my websites chat and rudely asked me to modify my 2 star review, because "others do not have the issues" that I have, instead of asking if we can try to fix the issue. All they care about is the review, not that it works. They proceed to ask me to modify the order very rudely. I definetely do not recommend this. There are better options.

Old Review: It didn't only make the website lag and appear very unsmoothly, it has also switched to a paid app now. That's it for me.

Updated Review: Our support team reached out and visited his website again to check the issue without our app and we felt his whole store is lagging to much. We didn't said anything wrong and he is making his own assumptions. In fact, He doesn't have a common sense to talk with the person. Firstly, he rudely talked to our support team (they wanted to help him) and threatened us to give 1 star with bad review which he did. He was happy when the app was free and wasn't having any issue until we introduced paid model(Due to server, development and maintenance cost). Even though we given 100 free credits to all existing users. He used all credits and doesn't wants to pay.

At this point we proudly say that we are serving more than 5k+ merchants and we didn't face this kind of issue.

Our first moto is to priorities our customers and provide friendly support. We also have words with Shopify team to handle this situation.

We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the recent changes to our app. However, we want to clarify that our app is designed to be fast and responsive, and we have not received any other reports of lag or unsmoothness on the website. Other merchant reported, it's fast, secure & doesn't affect store speed.

Regarding the switch to a paid model, we understand that this may be a disappointment for some users. However, we believe that it's the best way for us to continue providing a high-quality service and investing in the development and improvement of our app.
