Miriam, Daniel and the entire team have been supporting us every step of the way. The onboarding process is still ongoing, but it has been smooth so far, and they have been very open to our specific requirements.
Communication with the team is a real pleasure. They are highly responsive and always quick to answer our questions and provide support.
We are already using the Collections part of the platform, which works great, and we are now testing the Search functionality, which looks very promising. The overall experience has been smooth, and the features are thoughtfully designed.

A huge upgrade to our store’s search experience where the agent understands real shopper intent instead of just matching keywords. The setup was easy and really simple to work with, 5 minutes and it was up and running and now I keep training to make it suite our needs, great app overall!
