Kimonix has been a total game changer for our store. From merchandising, to AI search, as well as an intelligent product recommendation engine and more…this app has been everything we’ve been looking for over several years and we finally found it all in one place.
Plus, Daniel, Miriam and the entire team have been there to support us every step of the way. Onboarding was seamless and we’ve seen incredible improvements to our store because of Kimonix. We tried many other large and small apps in this space and not one of them compared to the experience we’ve had with Kimonix. Miriam, Daniel and the entire team have been supporting us every step of the way. The onboarding process is still ongoing, but it has been smooth so far, and they have been very open to our specific requirements.
Communication with the team is a real pleasure. They are highly responsive and always quick to answer our questions and provide support.
We are already using the Collections part of the platform, which works great, and we are now testing the Search functionality, which looks very promising. The overall experience has been smooth, and the features are thoughtfully designed.

I really recommend this app! Even though we don't have many products in our store this search helped our customers find the exact right product for them and we even got some feedback from customers that they love the new shopping experience.

A huge upgrade to our store’s search experience where the agent understands real shopper intent instead of just matching keywords. The setup was easy and really simple to work with, 5 minutes and it was up and running and now I keep training to make it suite our needs, great app overall!
