Au-delà de son côté pratique, c’est surtout une vraie plus-value en matière de conversion. Le parcours est fluide, ce qui facilite clairement le passage à l’achat et améliore l’expérience client. Ce que j'aime aussi beaucoup c'est qu'en suivant les conversations ont comprends davantage les besoins clients afin de répondre plus rapidement à ses objections
