When a shopper asks about a product, the assistant looks it up through Shopify and replies with the live title, variants, and availability. Shoppers can also check their own order status, and details are shared only when their contact information matches the order. You choose which collections, products, and media it uses, and how it speaks. Conversations are saved for review.
