I get tons of questions about our custom portraits - sizing, turnaround times, background options. Before Vocify, I was constantly answering the same questions via chat or email. Now the AI voice assistant handles most of these inquiries instantly! Customers love being able to just ask 'How long does it take?' and get an immediate voice response. Setup was surprisingly easy - had it running in about 15 minutes. They have built-in AI helps you setup the app, it takes time but once we have done that, the voice AI agent is live in our store. The app is completely free, it also has dashboards. Worth to try.

The app’s own AI walked me through the setup. It wasn’t instant (maybe 15‑20 minutes), but once I hit save the voice agent showed up on my storefront and started answering questions. If you’ve got a little patience, give it a shot.
