It greets my customers, answers product questions, and even helps guide them to the right items. Also, it’s 100% free. I’ve tried a lot of Shopify apps and most of them overpromise, but this one actually delivers. I’m already seeing better engagement and a small lift in sales. Definitely keeping this one.

They have built-in AI helps you setup the app, it takes time but once we have done that, the voice AI agent is live in our store. The app is completely free, it also has dashboards. Worth to try.
