AI Trillion is so helpful! They provide wonderful instructions with pictures that really assist a non-coding person, like my self, with the ability to set most things up on a website, However, no matter how simple their instructions are, they are here to help you out! they are prompt with response and quick to fix the issue at hand! Rishav helped me with SMS and was amazing! AiTrillion offers very useful tools for your business, but what is even better is they offer help in implementing their tools. I'm not a developer, and they extra help is the only way I could get the tool up and running. I'm transitioning from another emailing marketing app and they have been very helpful.

I use this app for a couple of months now, it's amazing, easy to use and its templatised, very well thought of process. Saved quite a few abandoned carts too. I just seeked support for help on some coding, very quick reply and it's all handled within a very short time. I am genuinely very happy with this app, esp thanks to support team (you are a legend !) this is a complex app full of really cool features. It's slightly daunting to go through them, but they will set it up for you. I went back in and tweaked a little here and there to make it more my brand. I've been really happy with the service and how it performs. *they DO bribe you for a 5 star review in exchange for emails, and are sort of pushy with it. I don't do bribes for reviews, and gave myself some time to live with this app, use it, and see how my clients respond to it, and I've been very pleased. I don't use the email platform, since I prefer using mailchimp, so the email bribery doesn't mean much to me ;-)
