Alameen Parcel Protection lets merchants insure each Shopify order against loss, theft, breakage, and tampering. Coverage is underwritten by Pakistan General Insurance (PGI). Choose between two tiers per order: Standard covers loss, theft, and breakage; Enhanced adds tamper protection along with a dispatch-proof workflow over WhatsApp. Insured orders, coverage status, and shipment progress all appear inside the embedded Shopify admin.
