This has been a much better fit for us than the chargeback insurance tools we used before. The monthly app fee is way lower, and we are not paying a lot just to deal with denied chargeback claims and back-and-forth.
What we like is that this app helps catch shady orders before fullfilment, and not waiting until there is a chargeback. The workflow makes a lot more sense. It saves time, saves money, and gives us analysis to make decisions before the order goes out.

Alogram has been really helpful for our team when reviewing orders before we ship them out. If an order looks suspicious or possibly fraudulent, the app flags it so we can take a closer look first instead of finding out after it’s too late.
One of the most useful parts is the Risk Review Dashboard. It breaks things down in a simple way and shows helpful details like location mismatches, buyer info, customer behavior, device details, and other order signals. It gives us a better idea of why an order might need extra attention.
