The app itself works very well, and the developers are proactive about offering support, including fixing the design and other advice.
Frank provided great customer support to fine tune the app so that it integrated well with my theme (brooklyn). The communication was fast and solved the issue I was having very quickly. It's great to see customer support like this since we know we can rely on them to help us when something comes up. Well worth the price !

Solved a problem in theme product page design. Allowed us to sell matching items without customer having to leave page. easy to use, drag drop re-ordering how I want displayed... brilliant.
The app works exactly as stated an helps a lot to increase the likelihood of customers finding other items they'll be likely to buy. My conversions have been steadily rising since installing and it's nice that this app costs a fair price. Also Frank has been great with customer service. Before I even had the chance to email him asking for help configuring the app to fit with my stores aesthetic he'd already done it all for me. Really nice touch, thanks Frank!
Excellent App. Very easy to instal and setup and offering loads of simple choices for quick implementation or more in depth options for those who want to do it their way. Algorithm seems to be pretty accurate and recouped investment/ subscription within a few days. Only thing is the tracking could perhaps be made more accurate but still absolutely worth 5 stars.
Also Bought is a valuable addition to our store, customers can see other products our store offers and make informed decisions on what to but based on what others have looked at. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for product recommendations with stellar support from the developers.
