Perfect app for drop shipping. As a retailer gives me access to wide range of brands. Easy to use and gives access to wide range of products. Support and customer service also highly rated.

Appalling! I found 4 different suppliers I was interested, upgraded to allow these and was either told they were not taking on retailers or the requests were ignored. Then Alvio contacted me about 2 new suppliers coming, applied for both and both requests have been ignored by the suppliers. Wasted $40, would not recommend one bit!!

A few important clarifications:
* No Upgrade Required to Explore Suppliers
You shouldn’t have needed to upgrade just to explore partnerships we absolutely want users to find value first, then upgrade when ready to activate connections. If that wasn’t clear, we apologize and are taking steps to make this more transparent.
* Supplier Responsiveness
We understand how frustrating it is to be excited about potential partnerships and then not hear back. While suppliers control their onboarding decisions, we agree that unanswered requests are unacceptable, and we’re working to improve supplier responsiveness across the platform.
* How we’ll make it right:
We will add $40 in app credits to your account, matching the amount you spent. These can be used for any future connections or services on Alvio.
We’d also like to offer free access to the connections you originally requested, so you’re not paying again for opportunities you’ve already invested in.
If you're still open to it, we’d love to personally help match you with suppliers currently active and open to partnerships.
