Overall a good app for WhatsApp automation, marketing and managing customer chats in one place. Setup was straightforward and it integrates well with Shopify.

Customer support is responsive and helpful when needed.

The cost of the app as well as the messaging cost is great advantage over other apps.

Overall, a solid option if you want to handle WhatsApp communication without too much complexity.

We were looking for a good WhatsApp communication and this one did the job. The setup was straight forward and customer support team was quick to respond. There is big price advantage, which matters a lot when the volume of message grow.

The app is fairly new in the market and I hope they maintain the feature smoothness and support quality.
