Just started using the app. The setup is simple and team is super helpful. I was using free version for the WhatsApp chat/share buttons and abandoned cart messages. The whatsapp messaging is very useful and I can track delivery, link open status etc. The initial response has been useful. For me messaging cost matter a lot, and I am paying as per actual meta messaging cost which is affordable.

Overall a good app for WhatsApp automation, marketing and managing customer chats in one place. Setup was straightforward and it integrates well with Shopify.

Customer support is responsive and helpful when needed.

The cost of the app as well as the messaging cost is great advantage over other apps.

Overall, a solid option if you want to handle WhatsApp communication without too much complexity.

Its does what its supposed to do. A simple app without any clutter. The most differentiating factor is accessibility of support. I reached out to them for help and they did everything what was needed. Hope the support quality is maintained in future as well.
