I think that in Cart Upsell - Frequently bought, there should be a View product button, not Add to cart, because no customer buys without first seeing the product details. I think this button would be more useful than the one that is now. I sent you this message before via email, but you did not respond.
Overall, the app works nice, very useful
User beware! When you use this app to promote a spending tier to get free shipping, it will generate an automatic coupon code every month that will give the order free shipping, even if you already have free shipping tiers set up.
HOWEVER, if you don't manually go in every month to limit how much shipping to give away for free, all of your customers can select higher tier shipping (e.g. $40+ Priority Express) and the coupon code will work!
NONE of this is documented nor alerted to you in the settings menu for the app. The pulldown just says "free shipping".
It is ridiculous that an app that is "built for Shopify" can't hook into your pre-existing parameters for free shipping.
More egregious is that it has to generate a code every month for it to work.
And that to limit how much shipping it gives away, it seems like you need to manually limit the code every single month.
Just a colossal failure in UX. Luckily the app only managed to lose me $40 just one time.
Oh and support has not responded after 48 hours. Not great UX there, either.

Currently, our app uses Shopify's official Discount API, which does not support excluding specific shipping methods like the $40+ Priority Express option in your case.
We suggest exploring the two alternatives mentioned in our previous email.
On our end, we will work on improving our in-app UI to better reflect this limitation.

Honestly, this app is the best out there, the speed, the layout and everything is perfect.
NOT FREE, first thing that comes up, want pro plan its 15 dollar, if you mark the app its free, leave it as free not false advertising!
The Best App we are using so far
I just started using Amote. It is a very good cart upsell app with all features needed for great customer experience. The pricing being free currently is the added advantage. The technical team is very prompt in replying and resolving any queries or issues.
This app just works out of the box! The features are extensive and are exactly what you would need to increase conversion rates, especially in the cart drawer, the features blend in perfectly and they are very customisable which makes them perfect!
Its a great app. Very functional. Lag free. If you looking for simple upselling, this is the app to get. 5 stars.
*Update*
The tiered progress bar has been locked to the 19usd/month plan without informing in advance? It is okay to replace features, but not informing will affect business in a huge way. 3 stars for now asking us to pay for a core feature that has been free from the beginning. I know Amote adds in features in the free plan that make it up, but these are not why we use this app to begin with. Disappointed to find out the tiered progress bar has been missing on our store for days without me realising it.
