Honestly they could have done a better work. Reports that you can't customize, not being able to find products with worst performing add to cart rates, basic infos.
When asking the customer service he advised me to go on google analytics to create such reports. Then why would I use this app?

It already includes essential reports to help merchants analyze performance easily. To keep the app simple and user-friendly, we don’t include advanced report customization, those can be created directly in Google Analytics.

Amazing customer service, required solely because I doubted my own ability with setting up GA4 in google. Considering I am currently on the free version, I was surprised at the response and assistance received. For sure, I will be upgrading as soon as my store starts to make money.
